Services are available to individuals and legal entities that can enter into binding contracts under applicable law. NetzTopLaw focuses on serving online businesses, e-commerce operators, SaaS providers, and digital platforms seeking practical legal guidance.
You must be of legal adult age in your jurisdiction and have the authority to engage our services on behalf of your business. By registering you confirm you meet these requirements.
You will use NetzTopLaw services for lawful purposes only, and will not submit content or requests that violate laws, promote illegal activity, or infringe the rights of others.
Some services or content may not be available in all jurisdictions due to local regulations. NetzTopLaw may restrict access where provision of advice would conflict with applicable law.
Account registration and security
To access certain features you may create an account. Provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Keep account details current. NetzTopLaw may rely on your contact information to deliver documents, notices, and legal advice; incorrect information may affect service delivery.
Protect your username and password. Notify NetzTopLaw immediately at +41763687976 if you suspect unauthorized access. We will take reasonable steps to assist and secure services.
Accounts are personal to the registered user and may not be transferred without NetzTopLaw's prior written consent.

NetzTopLaw may suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms, pose security risks, or for non-payment of fees, with notice except where immediate action is required.
Scope of services
NetzTopLaw provides legal advisory, contract drafting, compliance reviews, privacy assessments, and related services for online businesses. Scope of each engagement is set out in the engagement letter or quote.
We may modify or discontinue features of our services. If changes materially affect an active engagement, NetzTopLaw will communicate proposed adjustments and options to continue or conclude work.
While NetzTopLaw aims to provide continuous access, availability may be affected by maintenance or third-party outages. We will take reasonable measures to minimize disruptions.
User responsibilities and acceptable use
Users must act responsibly and in good faith when using NetzTopLaw services. The following list highlights prohibited behaviors.
- Submitting fraudulent, knowingly false, or malicious information.
- Attempting to probe or breach NetzTopLaw systems or interfering with other users' access.
- Using services to facilitate illegal activities or to infringe third-party rights.
- Reproducing or distributing NetzTopLaw proprietary materials without permission.

- Circumventing usage limits, payment requirements, or security measures.

User-provided content
You may submit documents, facts, and other materials necessary for legal advice. You retain ownership of your submitted content, subject to the license below.
You remain the owner of the documents and information you provide to NetzTopLaw, except for materials we create and deliver under the engagement which are subject to agreed terms.
By providing content you grant NetzTopLaw a non-exclusive, revocable license to use, reproduce, and process it solely to perform the requested services and comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of content you submit. NetzTopLaw relies on your disclosures to provide tailored legal advice.
If you request removal of user content, NetzTopLaw will take reasonable steps to delete it where not required to retain for legal, regulatory, or contractual reasons.
Intellectual property
NetzTopLaw and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in materials, methodologies, templates, and advice provided. Client materials remain the client's property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Do not reproduce NetzTopLaw templates or legal materials for resale without a separate license.
- Do not remove proprietary notices or attempt to reverse-engineer NetzTopLaw systems.
- Respect third-party intellectual property when uploading content; do not submit content that infringes rights.
Paid services and subscriptions
Paid services include one-off engagements, retainers, and subscription plans. Specific deliverables and timelines are described in service quotes and engagement letters.
Fees are set out in proposals. Prices exclude taxes and disbursements unless otherwise stated. NetzTopLaw provides transparent price information before engagement.
Payments are due as specified in the invoice. Accepted payment methods will be listed in the engagement agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Subscription plans provide ongoing advisory support per the plan terms. Subscriptions renew as specified and can be canceled according to the cancellation policy.
Refunds for paid services are handled on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of services rendered. NetzTopLaw will discuss reasonable options if services cannot be completed as agreed.
Clients may cancel services per the notice terms in the engagement letter. NetzTopLaw will invoice for time and work completed up to the cancellation date.
Clients are responsible for VAT or other taxes applicable to services in their jurisdiction. NetzTopLaw will include tax details on invoices where applicable.
NetzTopLaw may revise pricing for future engagements on notice. Active engagements are billed at the agreed rates unless otherwise renegotiated.
Failure to pay may lead to service suspension and recovery actions. NetzTopLaw will seek amicable resolution before pursuing formal collection.
Disclaimer
Legal information and advisory provided by NetzTopLaw are based on the facts and documents you supply. Advice is not a substitute for independent judgment. NetzTopLaw aims for practical, compliant solutions but outcomes depend on many factors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NetzTopLaw's liability for direct damages arising from our services is limited to fees paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of benefit damages.
Third-party services

Termination and suspension
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the engagement letter. NetzTopLaw may suspend services for breach of these terms or non-payment.
On termination, outstanding fees become due and NetzTopLaw will return client materials subject to settling balances and legal retention obligations.

Communications and notices
Notices may be provided electronically or by post to the addresses on record. Electronic communications are effective upon sending unless delivery failure is reported.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swiss substantive law. NetzTopLaw is based in Geneva and provides services primarily under Swiss legal standards and professional obligations.
Dispute resolution
Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation in Geneva. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts in Geneva unless otherwise agreed.
